Sam focuses his talents on investment sourcing, deal evaluation and execution, and ongoing support for TRIA’s partner firms.
Before joining TRIA, Sam was a member of the investment team at Trive Capital, where he identified and evaluated investment opportunities, and performed transaction due diligence. He also worked with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies. Previously, Sam worked as an analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Jefferies, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions, debt financing and equity offerings.
