Stephen was born and raised in Dublin, Ohio, where he immersed himself in the local culture of world-class golf. He attended college in nearby Oxford, Ohio, before earning his MBA at Northwestern in Chicago. Stephen began his career at Citi Hedge Fund Services, where he rose to the position of Assistant Vice President, leading a global team and overseeing operations for institutional clients. Next he spent a decade at Crabel Capital Management, where as Director of Finance and Accounting he helped establish the firm’s finance function.
As Director of Finance at TRIA, Stephen uses his technical horsepower to oversee the organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. He plays a central role in guiding strategic financial decisions that support TRIA’s long-term mission and growth.
